CONDITIONS OF LETTING
Lettings to run, unless otherwise agreed, from Sat to Sat, commencing at 3pm on day of arrival and ending at 10am on day of departure.

No contract shall exist until a signed booking form and deposit of one third of the cost of the holiday has been received. The person making the booking must be over 18yrs.

Confirmation of booking will be sent on receipt of the booking form and deposit cheque.

Final payment must be received no less than 6 wks before the start of the holiday. Failure to do so may result in loss of the deposit if the property is not re-let.

If you have to cancel your holiday we may be unable to return the deposit, or the full payment if it has been paid, unless we have been able to re-let the property. You may wish to take out one of the various inexpensive holiday cancellation insurances.

The number of people occupying a property must not exceed the number stated in the description of the accommodation.

The hirer is responsible for leaving the cottage in good order, as they find it.

The hirer is responsible for replacing or paying for damage or losses during occupation.

The owner reserves the right to repossess the property if excessive damage has been caused, or if in his opinion is likely to be caused, by the hirer or any member of the party.

The owner or their representative shall be allowed access to the accommodation at any reasonable time during the holiday.

Sorry no pets.

No smoking in any of the cottages.
